Previously, Henry spent two years with One Search, focused on senior level hiring across infrastructure and energy private equity and credit.
As the demand for a dedicated infrastructure and energy specialist at the junior level emerged, his focus shifted. Henry became a founding member of Infrassocs in November 2024.
Henry holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Law from Trinity College - Hartford. He is based in the New York office and is an avid golf enthusiast.
